📦 Return & Refund Policy
At Renude, we value your trust and satisfaction. Due to the personal nature of our skincare products, all sales are final.
❌ No Returns or Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once a product has been delivered. We encourage you to review all product details carefully before purchasing. Our team is happy to assist you with any questions before checkout.
✅ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We will gladly replace any damaged, leaking, or incorrect items at no additional cost. If this happens, please contact us at renudeph@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include the following:

A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

An unboxing video (if available)
Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or issue store credit. If the return is due to our error, we’ll provide a prepaid return label to cover the return shipping.
💳 Refunds for Approved Returns
In rare cases where a return is approved, we will refund qualifying items to your credit card or PayPal account within 7 days of receiving the returned product. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return was due to our error.
