How to use

Take a lukewarm shower.

Apply a good amount of Bare onto damp skin and gently scrub the skin with circular motions.*

Once you’re done scrubbing, rinse it off with lukewarm water.

How often can I use the body scrub?
Most skin: 2–3×/week.
Sensitive skin: 1–2×/week.
Avoid daily scrubbing to protect your barrier.
Is it safe to use during pregnancy and lactation?
The formula is a salt scrub with nourishing oils and no strong acids. Many users tolerate it well, but always check with your OB/derm and patch test first.
Can I use Bare on my tattoo?
We don't recommend using the body scrub on freshly inked skin. Please wait until the area has completely healed before scrubbing.
What skin concerns does it help?
Renude Bare Body Scrub is designed for rough texture/KP (chicken skin), bacne, dark or dry patches on elbows, knees, butt, and arms. The fine Himalayan salt smooths while sunflower oil + vitamin E cushion and nourish.
Is it okay for sensitive skin?
Yes—it has a skin-friendly pH (~5.5) and a creamy base that softens the salt grains. Start 2–3×/week, use light pressure, and always moisturize after. Do a patch test on inner arm for 24 hours if highly reactive.

Yes—consistent gentle exfoliation helps smooth KP bumps and unclog body pores. Pair with gentle body wash, non-comedogenic moisturizer, and sun protection for best results.
